Delivery Information

If you have any questions about our devilvery charges please contact us before you order.

• All deliveries are subject to stock
• Next Day delivery on most items if ordered before 2pm
• Free Delivery on all orders over £200 ex VAT otherwise a £15 ex VAT carriage charge applies
• Heavy items such as bricks and blocks may have different delivery charges, please contact us for advice.
• Please give us a ring if you have any questions 

Builders Express will deliver free of charge if your order is over £200 (excluding VAT) to mainland UK*. Orders under £200 are subject to a £15.00(Excluding VAT) delivery charge.

• Please note that we have a number of large vehicles, including articulated lorries that may be used for delivery. Please advise us in the comments on your order if access to the delivery address is limited.
• The delivery driver will (as far as possible) deliver to your door. The delivery driver will not help you inside with the goods. Please bear in mind that Insulation products can be bulky and / or heavy.
• The delivery driver will require a signature to confirm the goods have been received.
• Deliveries will be done between 7.30am - 5pm Monday to Friday
• Additional charges may apply if items need to be redelivered
• Please do not book tradesman until your delivery has arrived

* Excluding the Highlands of Scotland and the Islands off the United Kingdom

Unfortunately we Builders Express cannot deliver to the Highlands & Islands of the UK. However we will be happy to deliver to a freight forwarding company on your behalf.
